Blastline Remote Control Valve is a pneumatic remote control designed for smaller blast machines. Operating on the return-air principle via the deadman control handle, it allows the operator to safely start and stop blasting. Pressing the spring-loaded button and depressing the main handle completes the pneumatic circuit, opening the inlet and closing the outlet valve to pressurize the machine and initiate efficient, controlled blasting operations.

Description

The Remote Control Valve controls the remote pneumatic activation and deactivation of the blast machine operating on the return-air principle via the deadman control handle. The operator has to press down the spring-loaded button and depress the main handle downward atop of it in order to complete the pneumatic circuit to the remote control. This action opens the inlet valve and closes the outlet valve to pressurize the blast machine and start the blasting operation.
