The Blast-Air Cart is engineered to meet the rigorous demands of the commercial sandblasting, paint, and coatings industry. The standard Blast-Air 50 model features a four-worker Breather Box mounted on a BA-1 CAA pre-filter cart, allowing air supply from mobile or plant compressors. High-capacity water, oil, and particulate separators on the rear of the rugged steel cart pre-filter the compressed air, automatically draining large amounts of oil and water before it reaches the Breather Box. This pre-filtration process extends the life of the Breather Box, reduces maintenance downtime, and lowers operational costs, ensuring consistent, safe, and breathable air for multiple operators.

Description
The Blast-Air Cart has been designed to meet the demanding needs of the sandblast and coatings industry. The Blast-Air 50 pictured is our standard 4 worker Breather Box mounted on a BA-1 CAA pre-filter cart. Air can be supplied to the cart from mobile or plant air compressors and pre-filtered through high capacity water, oil, and particulate separators located on the rear of the rugged steel cart. These pre-filters automatically drain large amounts of oil and water discharged from a compressor before it enters the Breather Box. This process will extend the filter life of the Breather Box and reduce maintenance down time and costs.
