Diameter Range 3” (Ø 76mm) to 5” (Ø 125mm)

IPC-80/125 is designed to coat the inside of pipe or tubing with an internal diameter of 3” to 5” or Ø 76mm to Ø 125mm. This machine has a paint spray tip that will coat a blast pattern of a circular 360° against the surface. The paint flow is regulated by a standard spray-tip TN-SSTC-6.

This IPC-80/125 is manually pulled through the pipe at a predetermined speed based on paint film thickness and type of coating.

Generally, any type of airless coating may be used. To obtain the best possible production, one man should operate the paint spray gun while another pulls the tool trough the pipe or tubing.

There are four sets of buttons for I.D. 3” (Ø 76mm) to 5” (Ø 125mm)

IPC-80/300 internal pipe coater

Diameter range 6” (Ø 150mm) to 12” (Ø 300mm)

The IPC-80/300 is designed to coat the inside of pipe or tubing with internal diameter from 6” to 12” or Ø150mm to Ø300mm. The machine has a paint spray tip that will coat a blast pattern of a circular 360° against the surface. The paint flow is regulated by a standard spray-tip TN-SSTC-6.

This IPC-80/300 is manually pulled through the pipe at a predetermined speed based on paint film thickness and type of coating.

Generally, any type of coating may be used with the IPC-80/300. To obtain the best possible production, one man should operate the paint spray gun while another pulls the tool trough the pipe or tubing.

Centering carriage will have adjustable diameter range 6″ (Ø 150mm) to 12″ (Ø 300mm).

IPC-125 internal pipe coater

Diameter range 3” (Ø 76mm) to 5” (Ø 125mm)

The IPC-125 is designed to coat the inside of pipe or tubing with internal diameter from 3” to 5” or Ø76mm to Ø125mm. The tool has a rotating head which creates a circular 360° against the surface. Controlling the paint flow is done through a standard spray-tip TN-SSTC-6.

This IPC-125 is manually pulled through the pipe at a predetermined speed based on paint film thickness and type of coating.

Generally, any type of coating may be used in this tool that can be airless sprayed. To obtain the best possible production, one man should operate the paint spray gun while another pulls the tool trough the pipe or tubing.

IPC-900 internal pipe coater

Diameter range 12” (Ø 300mm) to 35” (Ø 900mm)

The IPC-900 is designed to coat the inside of pipe or tubing with internal diameter from 12” to 35” or Ø300mm to Ø900mm. The machine has a rotating head that creates a blast pattern of a circular 360° against the surface. Controlling the paint flow is done by a standard spray-tip TN-SSTC-6.

This IPC-900 is manually pulled through the pipe at a predetermined speed based on paint film thickness and type of coating.

Centring carriage

The carriage fits to the IPC-900 as one assembly. It’s consists of two collars, three two-wheel roller bars and four sets of centering legs (6 legs p/set).
